OUR Instructor

George Amaru
GRACIE JIU-JITSU BLUE BELT & CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR
TAE KWON DO MOO DUK KWAN 4TH DEGREE BLACK BELT

George is the owner and chief instructor of our program. He has been training in Martial Arts since 1997. He earned his black belt in Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan in 2006 and has been teaching ever since. In 2020, he began the Jiu-Jitsu program as a Gracie Garage, known as RHA Jiu-Jitsu, and after receiving his Combatives Belt, entered the Instructor Certification Program. He successfully completed the program and  upon earning his Blue Belt, established Amaru’s Martial Arts Academy™ as a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center® and a member of the Rouleau • Holley’s Martial Arts Organization in 2022.

Today, he holds a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do Moo Duk Kwan, a green belt in Hapkido and a blue belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to his years of expertise in TKD, he is certified to teach Gracie Combatives® and Gracie Bullyproof®.
